Terms of Use
General
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneCharge website, mobile app, driver app, and charging point management platform (together, the "Services"), provided by OneCharge Solution Co., Ltd. ("OneCharge", "we", "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, booking a demo, or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Description of Services
OneCharge provides an EV charging platform, including a charging point management system (CPMS), a driver mobile app, a partner dashboard, payment processing, and, for eligible partners, a white-label version of our platform. Our Services are hardware-agnostic and support OCPP-compliant AC Type 2 and DC CCS2 chargers.
Account Registration
To use certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@onecharge.co.th if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Using the Charging Network
You may start a charging session using the OneCharge app, an RFID card, or AutoCharge (plug-and-charge), where supported by the station. You are responsible for connecting your vehicle correctly and ending your session once charging is complete. OneCharge is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of charging equipment.
Pricing and Payment
Charging fees are shown in the app before you start a session and may include a per-kWh or per-minute charge, a transaction fee, and, where applicable, an optional billing backend fee for site owners using automated invoicing. Prices for platform plans are set out on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed through our licensed Thai payment gateway partner; by providing payment details you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may end a charging session at any time from the app. Because charging fees are based on actual electricity delivered and time used, fees for a session already in progress are non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a billing error occurred. Contact our 24/7 call center if you believe you were charged incorrectly.
User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Interfere with or damage charging stations, the app, or our platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account
- Use RFID tags, AutoCharge credentials, or payment methods that do not belong to you without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when registering
Intellectual Property
The OneCharge name, logo, app, dashboard, and all related content and software are owned by OneCharge Solution Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Services as intended.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as payment gateways or mapping providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Service Availability
We aim to keep our charging network and platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Charging stations may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, power supply issues, or factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneCharge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of business, data, or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting support@onecharge.co.th.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Thai courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
