Introduction

OneCharge Solution Co., Ltd. ("OneCharge", "we", "us", or "our") operates the OneCharge website, mobile app, driver app, charging point management platform, and related services (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

This policy applies to drivers using the OneCharge app, site owners and partners using the OneCharge dashboard, and visitors to our website.

Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data, depending on how you use our Services:

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, password, and company details for business accounts
  • Vehicle and charging data: vehicle information, charging session history, charger and station usage, and RFID/AutoCharge tag identifiers
  • Payment data: payment method details processed through our licensed Thai payment gateway partner, billing address, and transaction and tax invoice history. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Location data: the location of charging stations you use and, where enabled, your device’s approximate location to help you find nearby chargers
  • Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, app version, and how you interact with our website, app, and dashboard
  • Support and communication data: messages you send us through our call center, LINE Official Account, email, or in-app support, and records of how we resolved your request

How We Collect Personal Data

We collect personal data directly from you when you register an account, book a demo, use the OneCharge app or a charging station, contact support, or fill in a form on our website. We also collect data automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy), and from charging hardware connected via OCPP when you start or stop a charging session.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under the PDPA, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent, for example when you subscribe to marketing communications
  • Performance of a contract, to provide the charging, billing, and dashboard services you have signed up for
  • Legitimate interests, such as improving our Services, preventing fraud, and maintaining network security, balanced against your rights
  • Legal obligation, such as issuing tax invoices and responding to lawful requests from government authorities

How We Use Your Personal Data

  • To create and manage your account and provide the OneCharge app, driver services, and partner dashboard
  • To process charging sessions, calculate fees, issue receipts and tax invoices, and process payments
  • To provide customer support through our call center and LINE OA
  • To monitor and maintain the security and reliability of our charging network
  • To send you service updates and, where you have consented, marketing communications
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Sharing Your Personal Data

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

  • Charging station owners and site partners, so they can operate and reconcile revenue from stations on their property
  • Our payment gateway and banking partners, to process payments and issue tax invoices
  • Service providers who support our infrastructure, such as cloud hosting and customer support tools, under contractual confidentiality obligations
  • Government authorities, where required by law or a valid legal request

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including cloud infrastructure used to operate our website and platform, may process or store data outside Thailand. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take the steps required under the PDPA to keep the data protected, such as relying on providers with appropriate security and contractual safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain accurate financial and tax records as required by Thai law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in line with our internal retention practices.

Data Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss, including encrypted connections, access controls, and system monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we continuously review our safeguards as our Services grow.

Your Rights Under the PDPA

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Request deletion or anonymization of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Request data portability, where technically feasible
  • Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for businesses and individuals who are legally able to enter into agreements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
